Cornish Cheese Co. are artisan cheese makers, crafting some of the most delicious, distinctive and flavoursome blue cheeses in Cornwall.

The award-winning company pride themselves on their handmade cheesemaking process which uses cows milk to create full-fat cream cheese. Once the cheeses are made they are left to mature for 12 - 14 weeks to help the unique flavour develop to its maximum potential.
