Established in 2001, the Ales Of Scilly brewery is situated in two premises and produces up to 50 casks a week. They are regular suppliers to mainland pubs and beer festivals and their approach to bottling is still very ‘hands-on’.
An efficient Cornish brewery, Ales Of Scilly offer a selection of traditional beers and light bitters including Maiden Voyage and Three Sheets.
