Package arrived at exactly the date requested. Well packed and very well protected . There was a tiny problem however it was sorted out immediately with one email by their first class, 5* customer service . I could not fault them the order from start to end was perfect . The only difficult part of ordering was actually choosing between all the lovely goodies ! The ordering process is easy, the website was very easy to navigate you could even make up your own hampers ! The contents were truly delicious. Top quality . I highly recommend Cornish hampers.co.uk I do however fear for my waistline as I will definitely be back . Excellent service all round really .

Bought a bespoke hamper as a birthday gift . There was a problem with the delivery company when they had a breakdown, which would have meant the hamper would have arrived late, but Classic Cornish Hampers were kind enough to expedite a duplicate order so my dad got his gift on time. We had a few, but emails and telephone call were answered immediately and every effort was made to ensure satisfaction. The problems were not csused by the supplier but by the carrier
