Bought a bespoke hamper as a birthday gift . There was a problem with the delivery company when they had a breakdown, which would have meant the hamper would have arrived late, but Classic Cornish Hampers were kind enough to expedite a duplicate order so my dad got his gift on time. We had a few, but emails and telephone call were answered immediately and every effort was made to ensure satisfaction. The problems were not csused by the supplier but by the carrier
