Packaging was right for product sent - everything was in tact on arrival.
The recipient was delighted with the Cornish cream tea - gluten free - but I was disappointed to receive email from DHL saying that, as no answer at the door, they did not deliver on the day selected. It was only through my intervention, ie to ask to leave package in porch, that the hamper was rescheduled to be delivered the following day. Had I not intervened, I suspect this might not have been delivered at all! Surely, these delivery options should be available at the point of ordering, to avoid disappointment?

Fresh tasty pasty and scones with sufficient preserve and cream. Pasty quite small. Advised at 0930 that delivery would be between 4.45-5.45 so not viable for afternoon tea on delivery day.Well packaged.
