This customer was advised that the item had been damaged as soon as we were made aware of it, unfortunately we don't get to hear of courier breakages until the item is reported missing. We replaced the item immediately and we apologised on behalf of both the courier and ourselves. I don't see what else we could have done. Final point, we don't guarantee delivery dates - they are a desired delivery date that we do our best to adhere to but they cannot be guaranteed for this very reason. This is an unusual occurrance so this feedback is disappointing.

Unfortunately there was a delivery issue with the original box. Item was replaced and received by recipient.
