The service from this company was really quite unique. I ordered at quite short notice from Australia for my Mum’s Birthday. The company went above and beyond to make the delivery on the right day and as such gave the recipient a beautiful surprise, delivery was seamless and the contents were particularly lovely because all local and great quality, which my Family really loved. Everything was great, smooth and efficient. I just felt that I was left hanging a bit! Once I'd ordered and the money had been taken from my account, although I received a confirmation of order email, I had no other communication, ie when the delivery would be.
