I have ordered 3 different hampers over the past few month and each time the service received from start to finish has been excellent. The hampers themselves are lovely and were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipients. From when I placed each order the communication was excellent, I always knew exactly what would happen, when it would happen. All 3 hampers arrived on time and in great condition. I have lost count of the number of postal hampers I have bought as birthday gifts for family and friends. They have been loved by everyone who has received them. I can't recommend them highly enough. I bought two hampers to be posted as Birthday gifts. Both arrived on the correct day and I I was kept informed about the delivery and given an option to deliver to neighbour/ safe place. This was great as it was a surprise and I needed that time to make sure they would be in. Both recipients loved the box of scones and cream to share but both refused to share anything.
