The vegan hamper was ordered as a gift but accidentally came with the non-vegan clotted cream. After calling the company they checked that everything else in the hamper was vegan and arranged for the oatly creme fraiche to be sent the next day free of charge but actually sent a whole new hamper + the oatly creme fraiche! Which was very kind. The hamper was well-received and said to be very yummy.
