First order through this company and first time trying Cornish Premier Pasties. Classic Cornish Hampers made a mistake with my order by sending 12 X Cheese and Onion Pasties instead of 6 X Cheese and Onion and 6 X traditional. When I emailed to let them know they replied almost immediately with an apology and sent out a further 12 X traditional Pasties which arrived the very next day! It's not the mistakes companies make, it's how they're resolved and this company couldn't have been any better, thank you! And the Pasties are the best I've ever had, after trying many over the years I've found the perfect ones.

The hamper was easy to order and offered a range of products to choose from. The order was delivered when they said it would be and within the time slot. As it was a gift I haven't tasted the products but the recipient was very pleased with them and thoroughly enjoyed the pasties and scones.
Purchased this as a 52nd wedding anniversary gift for family. Recipients loved it as it was unusual and it was something they could enjoy together and not have to find house room for it. Bought for two dear friends who are unable to visit Cornwell this year, they were delighted with the contents enjoying a cream tea in the garden and a pasty later, a true taste of Cornwall.
Bought for my Aunt's birthday. As always wonderful fresh produce. My aunt said best scones she'd tasted in a long time. Delivered on selected date. Was a lovely birthday surprise which was certainly enjoyed. Would certainly recommend.
The product arrived within the time stated and was enjoyed by the recipient. The only matter which needs amending is the necessity for a mobile number when placing the order as some elderly members of the community do not have a mobile phone. Before the order can be placed I find myself having to insert my personal mobile number. I would suggest that it ought to be made possible to insert the landline of the recipient which makes more sense.
