Please Note: Due to demand, our phone lines will not be manned during most of the day. Please email enquiries where possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Due to unprecedented heavy demand for our hampers we are running at full capacity. You can choose your delivery date at checkout, but some dates may not be available - please choose the next available date on the calendar.
We will, of course, endeavour to meet your desired delivery dates wherever possible but because of these exceptional circumstances we are unable to absolutely guarantee delivery times.
Also, please note that due to some supplier closures we are running low of stock on some items. We may need to substitute some products with similar items, but we will endeavour to fulfil orders as accurately as possible.
We hope you will understand and be assured we are working hard to ensure your instructions are met.
If we cannot deliver your order due to reasons beyond control (e.g. illness or tightened government restrictions), we will deliver your order when it's physically and legally possible to do so. Otherwise, we are able to issue a refund minus any administrative costs.
